We provide over the phone services for general questions like timeframe and scheduling. We then do an In home assessment of the contents in the estate and determine if the sale is possible.  Discuss any important information pertaining to the estate. 

We invest into the advertising of each estate, multiple pay-to-list advertising sites, Facebook, local newspapers and Our Website.

Our goal is to sell everything and have an empty house, but we have to be realistic and we offer a few options. Any unique items can be consigned, we have buyout clients and remaining unwanted items can be donated.
