Brian L. Johnson, member of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA); certified auctioneer; antiques dealer, and owner of B and C Estate Sales Inc. is a 4th generation merchant entrepreneur. Brian's grandfathers on both sides were purveyors of goods from the pushcart level to large scale buying and selling for American captains of industry. Brian L. Johnson held his first sale when he was just 7 years old, selling, among other things, his own bookcase to buy an electrically controlled car. By the time he was 10 he was helping at his grandparents antiques shop in "old town" Fair Oaks, California - the inheritance antiques- where he became a buyer. At age 12 he was the youngest exhibitor to be admitted as a dealer at the prestigious Crocker Art Museum show and sale. At age 19 he opened his first business in Sacramento on La Riviera drive and soon began conducting whole house estate sales. He and his grandfather, Bruce Johnson, shared a love of automobiles, and over the years, many fine estate autos have been part of B and C Estate Sales Inc.
